04:00AM Embark on an early-morning Zodiac ride to a

traditional Japanese fixed-net fishery, getting up

close to large stationary trap nets known as

“Teichi-Ami” placed offshore

 06:20AM Take in the morning fish landing scene

　accompanied by commentary from local fishermen

 06:30AM Enjoy a light local snack (miso soup) at

  the fish port eatery
